Tasting Notes
Nose: inviting rich vanilla and dark berries, with a touch of sweet oak underneath.
Palate: a soft, rich mouthfeel of dark fruit compote layered with sweet vanilla cream icing, followed by a hint of sweet oak on the back.
Finish: long and warming, with lingering dark fruit and vanilla cream giving way to baking spice and mature sweet oak. The oak builds nicely without overpowering the sweeter fruit notes.
