All orders placed on this Site are collected in store. Please check your order before you leave — if something is wrong, we would much rather fix it on the spot.
Because of Michigan alcohol-control restrictions on the resale of returned alcohol, opened alcohol cannot be returned or refunded. Unopened, undamaged alcohol may be returned within 7 days of pickup with a receipt, at the store's discretion.
Non-alcohol items (mixers, snacks, grocery) may be returned unopened and in original condition within 14 days, with a receipt.
If your order is damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of pickup and we will replace it or refund it.
An order can be cancelled and refunded any time before it has been picked up — just contact us.
